Founded in Wolverhampton in 1990 Our Sales & Lettings Agency is part of a group of companies with market-leading experience in the letting and management of properties UK-wide.
This role is for our established estate and letting agency branch which is a market-leading letting agency that has been trading for over 30 years here in Chapel Ash Wolverhampton. On top of residential lettings and management, we have a growing residential sales department and property sourcing service working with buy-to-let investors.
So, if you are you an experienced customer-facing salesperson who would love to work in the property sector, this role could be for you.
You will be handling tenant enquiries, booking and conducting property viewings, negotiating and agreeing lets. You will also help with the generation of new business opportunities by taking part in the prospecting of our database and new leads, to book property valuations and landlord meetings for our managers to convert new property instructions from.
We believe in being the best in the business and delivering a five-star client experience so you will play a big part in providing a service to sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants.
If you are in the sales environment you will be used to and probably motivated by Targets and Commissions, and here you will have a great opportunity to earn good money.
You will be rewarded for the lets that you complete and the appointments you generate that convert into new business. So you will get Deal Pay, Commission on Earnings, Bonuses and other incentives along the way.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an A player, someone who is a self-motivated and driven salesperson who has no fear and will thrive with the responsibility of generating and converting new business to ensure growth every year.
Either way, you need to be quick to pick up the phone, reach out to generate new leads daily and be a hugely proactive, fast-paced person, who is used to taking on challenges head-on... making the most of every day.
Industry experience is not necessary, but customer sales experience is, we can train the rest. We will give you FULL training on the specifics of the Role, but you need to come to us with the right drive and character and PROVEN sales history and lead generation skills (we also run a training company so a lot of training is available).

This is NOT a role for someone who wants to coast into the office every day and make a few calls and hope that that is enough, this is not a role for someone who doesn't feel the PAIN personally when they fail or let the team down...

Alternate Saturday’s, 10am-1pm as per rota with overtime payment
